Programs Offered at Third Line
- Little Tigers (Ages 4 to 5): fun, energetic 30-minute classes that build confidence, focus, coordination, discipline and respect.
- Junior Tigers (Ages 6 to 13): from a first class to Black Belt, with classes grouped by age and belt level.
- Big Tigers (Ages 14 and up): teens and adults, beginners welcome: a full-body workout with practical Taekwondo skills, self-defense and sparring.
- After School Program (Ages 4 to 12): pickup from selected local schools, homework time, activities and a daily Taekwondo class until about 6:00 pm.
- Sparring: Olympic-style sparring classes by age group on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
- Competition Team: Competition Team training, with Saturday tournament practice from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
- Birthday Parties: Saturday parties with basic Taekwondo, board breaking, a bouncy castle and Taekwondo-style cake cutting.
- Seasonal Camps: March Break, Summer, PA Day and holiday camps: daily Taekwondo, games, crafts and activities.

Master Dustin Sangwoon Park
6th Dan Black Belt. Owner and Director, Head Master at Third Line (Oakville).
Master Dustin began Taekwondo at just 4 years old and has dedicated his life to the martial art. With a strong competitive background and multiple sparring medals, including competition at the provincial level, he brings both traditional Taekwondo values and real competition experience to his students.
